North Perry home prices fall in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in North Perry fell by $6,250 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $166,250 - a 3.6% decrease over the $172,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in North Perry in May 2016.
