Willoughby Hills home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Willoughby Hills rose by $71,100 while total sales decreased by 27.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $255,000 - a 38.7% increase over the $183,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Willoughby Hills in May 2016.
