Madison Township home prices fall in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Madison Township fell by $61,900 while total sales decreased by 63.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $78,450 - a 44.1% decrease over the $140,350 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Madison Township in January 2016.
