North Perry home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in North Perry fell by $18,000 while total sales increased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,000 - a 11.4% decrease over the $158,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in North Perry in March 2016.

The median sales tax in North Perry for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,923, approximately 2.8% of the median home sale price for March 2017.
