Willoughby home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Willoughby rose by $2,450 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $129,450 - a 1.9% increase over the $127,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Willoughby in March 2016.
