Kirtland home prices rise in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Kirtland rose by $13,100 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $170,000 - a 8.3% increase over the $156,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Kirtland in February 2016.

The median sales tax in Kirtland for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $7,619, approximately 4.5% of the median home sale price for February 2017.
