Madison home prices rise in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Madison rose by $12,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 11 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $144,000 - a 9.1% increase over the $132,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Madison in January 2016, as well.
