South Euclid home prices fall in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in South Euclid fell by $250 while total sales increased by 36.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 132 homes sold, with a median sale price of $65,750 - a 0.4% decrease over the $66,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 97 homes sold in South Euclid in the second quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in South Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,282, approximately 5% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2017.
