North Olmsted home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in North Olmsted rose by $10,025 while total sales increased by 57%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 135 homes sold, with a median sale price of $139,900 - a 7.7% increase over the $129,875 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 86 homes sold in North Olmsted in the second quarter of 2016.
