Olmsted Falls home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Olmsted Falls rose by $3,500 while total sales increased by 138.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 50 homes sold, with a median sale price of $143,500 - a 2.5% increase over the $140,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Olmsted Falls in the second quarter of 2016.
