Fairview Park home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Fairview Park rose by $15,450 while total sales increased by 111.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 72 homes sold, with a median sale price of $164,700 - a 10.4% increase over the $149,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Fairview Park in the second quarter of 2016.
