Westlake home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Westlake rose by $11,000 while total sales increased by 98.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 117 homes sold, with a median sale price of $216,000 - a 5.4% increase over the $205,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 59 homes sold in Westlake in the second quarter of 2016.
