Rocky River home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Rocky River rose by $44,000 while total sales increased by 62.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 86 homes sold, with a median sale price of $229,000 - a 23.8% increase over the $185,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 53 homes sold in Rocky River in the second quarter of 2016.
