Valley View home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Valley View rose by $26,950 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $259,900 - a 11.6% increase over the $232,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Valley View in the second quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Valley View for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,604, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2017.
