Moreland Hills home prices fall in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Moreland Hills fell by $70,000 while total sales increased by 36.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $400,000 - a 14.9% decrease over the $470,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Moreland Hills in the second quarter of 2016.
