East Cleveland home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in East Cleveland rose by $5,375 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $11,750 - a 84.3% increase over the $6,375 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in East Cleveland in the first quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in East Cleveland for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,748, approximately 14.9% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2017.
