South Euclid home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in South Euclid rose by $1,633 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 85 homes sold, with a median sale price of $57,000 - a 2.9% increase over the $55,367 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 68 homes sold in South Euclid in the first quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in South Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,282, approximately 5.8% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2017.
