Lyndhurst home prices fall in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Lyndhurst fell by $8,750 while total sales increased by 12.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $99,250 - a 8.1% decrease over the $108,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in Lyndhurst in the first quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Lyndhurst for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,180, approximately 4.2% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2017.
