Arlington Heights home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Arlington Heights fell by $29,250 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $37,500 - a 43.8% decrease over the $66,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Arlington Heights in the second quarter of 2018.
