Lincoln Heights home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Lincoln Heights rose by $3,875 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $31,500 - a 14% increase over the $27,625 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Lincoln Heights in the second quarter of 2018.
