Mount Healthy home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Mount Healthy fell by $26,125 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $66,375 - a 28.2% decrease over the $92,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Mount Healthy in the second quarter of 2018.
