North Bend home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in North Bend fell by $170,000 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $52,000 - a 76.6% decrease over the $222,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in North Bend in the second quarter of 2018.
