Lockland home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Lockland rose by $13,500 while total sales remained unchanged with eight homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $66,500 - a 25.5% increase over the $53,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Lockland in the second quarter of 2018, as well.
