Northbrook home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Northbrook fell by $4,000 while total sales decreased by 31.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $80,000 - a 4.8% decrease over the $84,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Northbrook in the second quarter of 2018.
