St. Bernard home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in St. Bernard rose by $44,950 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $84,950 - a 112.4% increase over the $40,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in St. Bernard in the second quarter of 2018.
