Golf Manor home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Golf Manor rose by $38,000 while total sales increased by 15.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $105,000 - a 56.7% increase over the $67,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Golf Manor in the second quarter of 2018.
