Pleasant Run Farm home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Pleasant Run Farm fell by $30,000 while total sales decreased by 53.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $115,000 - a 20.7% decrease over the $145,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Pleasant Run Farm in the second quarter of 2018.
