Bridgetown home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Bridgetown fell by $8,500 while total sales decreased by 8.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 52 homes sold, with a median sale price of $115,000 - a 6.9% decrease over the $123,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 57 homes sold in Bridgetown in the second quarter of 2018.
