Groesbeck home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Groesbeck fell by $13,250 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $127,500 - a 9.4% decrease over the $140,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Groesbeck in the second quarter of 2018.
