Silverton home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Silverton fell by $6,250 while total sales decreased by 63.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $126,000 - a 4.7% decrease over the $132,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Silverton in the second quarter of 2018.
