Mount Healthy Heights home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Mount Healthy Heights rose by $6,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $123,500 - a 5.1% increase over the $117,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Mount Healthy Heights in the second quarter of 2018.
