Springfield Township home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Springfield Township rose by $2,500 while total sales decreased by 48.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 71 homes sold, with a median sale price of $128,000 - a 2% increase over the $125,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 137 homes sold in Springfield Township in the second quarter of 2018.
