Finneytown home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Finneytown rose by $10,000 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $130,000 - a 8.3% increase over the $120,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Finneytown in the second quarter of 2018.
