Pleasant Run home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Pleasant Run rose by $11,000 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $136,000 - a 8.8% increase over the $125,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Pleasant Run in the second quarter of 2018.
