Dent home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Dent fell by $550 while total sales decreased by 56.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $131,450 - a 0.4% decrease over the $132,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 55 homes sold in Dent in the second quarter of 2018.
