Greenhills home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Greenhills rose by $16,350 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,500 - a 13.2% increase over the $124,150 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Greenhills in the second quarter of 2018.
