Springdale home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Springdale rose by $15,000 while total sales decreased by 36.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $145,000 - a 11.5% increase over the $130,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Springdale in the second quarter of 2018.
