Reading home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Reading rose by $28,431 while total sales decreased by 28.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 23.4% increase over the $121,569 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Reading in the second quarter of 2018.
