Covedale home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Covedale rose by $11,750 while total sales decreased by 10.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $145,000 - a 8.8% increase over the $133,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Covedale in the second quarter of 2018.
