Norwood home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Norwood rose by $13,450 while total sales decreased by 32.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 77 homes sold, with a median sale price of $159,900 - a 9.2% increase over the $146,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 114 homes sold in Norwood in the second quarter of 2018.
