Sharonville home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Sharonville rose by $16,500 while total sales decreased by 38.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $164,000 - a 11.2% increase over the $147,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Sharonville in the second quarter of 2018.
