Loveland (Hamilton County) home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Loveland in Hamilton County rose by $592 while total sales decreased by 34.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $170,092 - a 0.3% increase over the $169,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Loveland in the second quarter of 2018.
