Mack South home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Mack South rose by $62,000 while total sales decreased by 68.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $259,000 - a 31.5% increase over the $197,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Mack South in the second quarter of 2018.
