Blue Ash home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Blue Ash fell by $32,750 while total sales decreased by 41.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $211,750 - a 13.4% decrease over the $244,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 51 homes sold in Blue Ash in the second quarter of 2018.
