Amberley Village home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Amberley Village fell by $19,450 while total sales decreased by 45.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $273,500 - a 6.6% decrease over the $292,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Amberley Village in the second quarter of 2018.
