Mack North home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Mack North rose by $149,500 while total sales decreased by 58.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $307,500 - a 94.6% increase over the $158,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Mack North in the second quarter of 2018.
