Montgomery home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Montgomery fell by $75,875 while total sales decreased by 40.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $345,125 - a 18% decrease over the $421,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 54 homes sold in Montgomery in the second quarter of 2018.
