Terrace Park home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Terrace Park rose by $75,250 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $532,000 - a 16.5% increase over the $456,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Terrace Park in the second quarter of 2018.
