Wyoming home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Wyoming fell by $52,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $309,500 - a 14.5% decrease over the $362,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Wyoming in the second quarter of 2018.
