Indian Hill home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Indian Hill fell by $260,500 while total sales decreased by 65.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $882,000 - a 22.8% decrease over the $1,142,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Indian Hill in the second quarter of 2018.
